How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders take 1-2 business days to process and standard shipping via FedEx Ground has an approximate shipping and delivery turnaround time of 5-7 days. For expedited shipping please allow 1-2 business days of processing time before it ships. If orders are placed on the weekend it will ship the following Tuesday. Please note that processing + shipping times may vary based on new product launches, high-volume seasons, and holidays. All orders are shipped from Austin, TX.
US Return Policy
All items with original tags that have not been worn, washed, or altered can be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment or exchanged within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria and we ask that you take care when trying on our products. Items with make-up, deodorant, other stains, or hair are considered damaged and will not be accepted. In the case that we do not accept a return it will be sent back to the customer.
International Return Policy

International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Love this sweatshirt.
Seriously, the most comfortable and flattering sweatshirt I own. The fit is so amazing and is so worth the price. If you’re thinking about buying it - you won’t regret it. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because after a month the puffy letters have started cracking. I always wash it inside out so I’m not sure why it’s happening. I still recommend purchasing, but it’s disappointing that the design hasn’t held up as well as I expected.

Replaced my other crewnecks
I accidentally stopped wearing all my other sweaters/crews - so I feel like that goes to show how much I love this one. So soft. Make sure to wash inside out to keep the graphic in the best condition.

Best fitting sweatshirt I own
The fit and weight of this sweatshirt is perfect. I'm normally an XS/S and bought a size 1 although I could probably wear a 2 if I wanted it even more oversized. I have washed it several times and it holds up really well, but definitely make sure you wash it inside out to preserve the cute puffy lettering. Can't wait to see what colors come out next!

I never take this sweatshirt off and have bought all three colors so that I have another one to wear when one is dirty.
The perfect oversized fit
I am crewneck-obsessed and the fit and design of this beauty has it in my top 5. She is perfectly oversized, thick but not bulky, and the neckline sits perfectly vs looking stretched out. Already can't wait to add another to my closet! For reference I am 5'3" and purchased a size 4, wear a 2X in all other Halfdays outerwear.
Not a Product to be Washed
Washed and product entirely bled through (on delicate and air dried)
Was sent a new one, but even with washing recommendation to be inside out, product still bleeds.
Comfy and cute, but integrity doesn’t withstand a wash.
Customer support was helpful in providing a new product though
