How long will it take to receive my order? 
Order processing is currently taking about 3-5 business days before shipping. Our free standard shipping is sent via FedEx with Ground Shipping which has an approximate shipping and delivery turnaround time of 5-7 days. This means that the total turnaround for delivery can take up to 8-12 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM EST on weekdays will ship the following 3-5 business days. All orders with expedited shipping that are received by 3 PM EST will ship the same day. If the expedited order is placed after 3 PM EST then it will ship the next business day. Please note that processing + shipping times may vary during new product launches, high-volume seasons, and holidays.All orders are shipped from Austin, TX.

US Return Policy
Orders placed November 24th - December 24th will have an extended return policy and have until January 15th to initiate any returns or exchanges. Any orders placed December 25th and after will be subject to our normal 15-day return and exchange policy.

Please note that returns are only eligible for items that have not been worn, washed, or altered, and tags must still be attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. We ask that you take care when trying on our products. Items with make-up, deodorant, other stains, or hair are considered damaged and will not be accepted. If we do not accept a return, it will be sent back to the customer.
We highly recommend getting a receipt when dropping off your return in case the package is lost in transit en route back to us.

International Return Policy

All items with original tags that have not been worn, washed, or altered can be returned for a full refund to the original payment method.
International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that refunds are issued in the currency the order was originally placed in, regardless of fluctuations in the exchange rate.
