How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders take 1-2 business days to process and standard shipping via FedEx Ground has an approximate shipping and delivery turnaround time of 5-7 days. For expedited shipping please allow 1-2 business days of processing time before it ships. If orders are placed on the weekend it will ship the following Tuesday. Please note that processing + shipping times may vary based on new product launches, high-volume seasons, and holidays. All orders are shipped from Austin, TX.
US Return Policy
All items with original tags that have not been worn, washed, or altered can be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment or exchanged within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria and we ask that you take care when trying on our products. Items with make-up, deodorant, other stains, or hair are considered damaged and will not be accepted. In the case that we do not accept a return it will be sent back to the customer.
International Return Policy
All items with original tags that have not been worn, washed, or altered can be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment within 30 days of receiving your order. International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that refunds are issued in the currency the order was originally placed in, regardless of fluctuations in exchange rate.

The PERFECT Parka
As someone who lives in Texas, I realize I needed to invest in a really warm jacket but I kept buying "warm jackets" that were cute but not ACTUALLY warm. I really started to think I couldn't have both. Turns out you can have it ALL in this jacket. It's so cute on, the hand pockets are SO soft and the optional storm cuffs have changed the game (my hands are always cold but who wants to also pack/remember gloves.)
I swear, I'm going to figure out how to wear this in 100 degree heat I love it so much.
SO WARM and chic
Love this jacket. I had the super puff parka before but literally everyyyyone had it and I wanted something different. This has a more unique cut than the super puff, it's super warm, was waterproof when I wore it walking around while it was snowing, and the Chai color is SO good.
