Orders

It is the customers responsibility to make sure they input the correct address at checkout. If you need to update your shipping address please immediately reach out to our support team at heythere@halfdays.com. Since our orders are fulfilled quickly we cannot guarantee a change will be possible. Once an order is shipped we are not able to update the shipping information andhe order will be shipped to the original shipping address input at the time of checkout. Please contact the Shipping Carrier to attempt to re-route your order. We will not be liable for any packages that are not received or lost due to a shipping address input error.

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Facebook Pay.

We’re so sorry, but at this time we cannot accept split payment methods.

If you need to make an update to your order, please immediately reach out to our support team at heythere@halfdays.com. Since we fulfill orders quickly we cannot guarantee a change will be possible. If an update is not possible the order will be shipped with the original items.

If you need to cancel your order, please immediately reach out to our support team at heythere@halfdays.com. We cannot guarantee a cancellation will be possible as we fulfill orders quickly. If a cancellation is not possible we are happy to help with a return or an exchange!
