  • Halfdays Sample Sale

    Shopping our Sample Sale? Here are the answers to some commonly asked questions:

    Q: What is the nature of the products listed during the Sample Sale?

    A: Our annual Sample Sale is our way of offering previously returned and gently used Halfdays products at a discounted price, post ski season. Sample Sale inventory may contain a mix of unworn but returned and gently used items from previously released Halfdays collections (think: photo samples, returned items with missing packaging, and discontinued colors and styles).

    Q: Can I return my Sample Sale purchase?

    A: All sales are final during the Halfdays Sample Sale. Please note that this means Sample Sale items are excluded from our standard return and exchange policy. Additionally, Sample Sale items are excluded from our normal warranty coverage. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please reach out to our team at heythere@halfdays.com and we'll do our best to make it right.

    Q: Do you offer price adjustments if I made a purchase earlier in the season?

    A: Sample Sale pricing is limited to the duration of the sale, which means it is not applicable to previous purchases and is not transferable to items on our main site.

    Q: Can I use a discount code on my Sample Sale purchase?

    A: Sample Sale pricing is not combinable with other discounts or promotions. Additional discounts will not be honored.

    Q: Can I use Halfdays Store Credit or a gift card on my Sample Sale purchase?

    A: Due to system limitations, we are unable to apply store credit or gift cards to Sample Sale orders.

    Q: Do you ship Sample Sale orders internationally?

    A: Sample Sale orders are available to ship within the U.S. and Canada only. Orders destined for Canada will be DDP (delivered duty paid), meaning that the shipping fee at checkout is inclusive of any duties and taxes associated with the order.

    Q: How much does shipping cost on Sample Sale orders?

    A: Each U.S. Sample Sale order is subject to a flat $5 shipping fee. All orders will ship via FedEx Ground Economy. Expedited shipping options are unavailable for Sample Sale orders due to high volume.

    Q: How long will it take to receive my Sample Sale order?

    A: Due to high volume, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to process before shipping. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days once the order is shipped.

  • ILIA Gift with Purchase

    We are excited to announce our new limited-edition collaboration ski suit with ILIA! Orders that include both the Lawrence Jacket and Alessandra Pant in the color Lip will receive ILIA's new Barrier Build Skin Protectant Cream ($64 value) as a free gift with purchase. To receive the free gift, add BOTH the jacket and pants in Lip to your cart and the gift will automatically be added. Please note this gift with purchase is only available while supplies last.

  • When will you be restocking?

    Our winter collection is not expected to restock for the rest of the season, but we can't wait for you to see what we're launching next!

    Feel free to reach out to our team at heythere@halfdays.com if you have a question regarding the restock of a specific style, size, and color. If your size is currently out of stock the easiest thing to do is sign up for restock notifications as we often get size exchanges.

  • What do I do if something I like is out of stock?

    We recommend signing up for our restock notifications! You can do this from any product page by selecting an out-of-stock product and clicking on the Notify Me button. If you need assistance you can reach out to our team at heythere@halfdays.com.

  • Can you help with a damaged/defective item?

    If you discover a manufacturing defect with your Halfdays product, please reach out to our team at heythere@halfdays.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the product. We will work with you on next steps and do our best to resolve the issue. Please note that manufacturing defects do not include incidental damages from normal wear and tear, stains from spilled liquids, improper care, negligence, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over an extended period of time and use.   • How can I contact you?

    Email us anytime at heythere@halfdays.com. We will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours, although we usually respond faster than that. Please note we are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.

  • Do you have a first-time customer discount?

    While we do not currently offer any first-time customer discounts, you can sign up for our newsletter and follow our socials to stay in the loop on any future promotions!

  • How do I choose the right size?

    Our outerwear generally runs true to size with room for a base layer underneath unless otherwise noted.

  • How should I care for my products?

    Each product has unique care instructions that can be found on the product page of our website as well as on the tag inside the garment. Please be sure to check each garment carefully as the care instructions may vary.

  • Do you have a storefront in Denver?

    Yes, our Flagship Store is now open in RiNo! The store is located at 2609 Walnut Street, Denver CO 80205. Store hours are Monday - Saturday from 10 am - 7 pm, Sunday 10 am - 6 pm.
