You might be a world champion freestyle skier (like one of our founders, Kiley), or a one-run-and-straight-to-the-chalet-for-cocktails type. It doesn’t matter. What does matter is that we ensure all women get an invite to the outdoors – and we do so by making apparel designed and made for women, by women.
But enough about us, let's talk about you?
We believe in community over everything else, so we talked to hundreds of women in our development process. You helped us to create a timeless collection designed to last longer than a single season.
Speaking of this season… we’ve got a lot planned – come join us!Come Join Us!
Our Mission -
We’re on a mission to create a global community of Halfdayers (yes, lots of big plans over here). A community where everyone gets an invite and is welcome, even encouraged, to join the fun. Life’s too short to overthink fresh powder—just get out there and float over (or fall into) it.
Our founders didn’t want to sacrifice function, fit, or style when it came to outdoor gear, so they created their own collection that would provide all three.
The result: a minimal, street-wear inspired collection that combines fashion & function.
For us, the mountains are about bringing people together and creating real experiences. That’s why we’re striving to build a community that invites more people into the outdoors. Through our social platform, learn-to-ski days, & how-to videos, we plan to transform the outdoor industry into one that invites everyone to the party!
Our Products -
Our active layers use seamless technology, which eliminates a ton of waste. This way you can feel as good as you look
Our products & packaging are made from recycled materials. Minimizing our impact is incredibly important to us, and this is only the beginning!
I became incredibly frustrated with shopping for ski wear and knew it was time for something fresh in the outdoor industry. I wanted a brand that didn’t seem ultra-technical and made me feel good while wearing it. We created Halfdays to give women what they deserve: ski wear and outdoor gear made specifically for them.
I spent eight years of my life competing in freestyle aerial skiing. I reached my dream of competing at the Olympics in 2018. Throughout my career as a professional skier, I never fell in love with any of the ski wear I was provided. When I retired, I decided I wanted to change that. I’m so excited to be helping create products that females actually want to wear. When I’m not deep in product design, you can find me on the mountain (big surprise).
After 10 years of working in the fashion industry for brands like Serena Williams, Cuyana and Aritzia, I realized that I couldn’t find outdoor gear that matched the rest of my closet. When I met Kiley & Ariana, I was inspired by their boss brains and wild sense of adventure, so I knew that I wanted to join along for the ride. I grew up in Toronto, but currently living and eating my way through San Francisco where I live with my equally fashion-obsessed husband.
