    Follow the garment care label. Wash regularly to maintain GORE-TEX® or other DWR (durable water repellent) performance and tumble dry after washing to help reactivate the water-repellent finish. More product care details and recommendations from GORE-TEX® can be found here.

    Yes. The Betty GORE-TEX® 3L Shell Bib uses 3-layer GORE-TEX® construction with a 28,000 mm waterproof rating for durable waterproof, windproof, and breathable protection in snow, sleet, and wet mountain conditions.

  • WHAT DOES GORE-TEX® 3L MEAN?

    In the Betty GORE-TEX® 3L Shell Bib, 3L stands for three layers. The outer fabric, waterproof GORE-TEX® membrane, and protective inner backer are bonded together into one material. This creates a durable, streamlined shell that delivers weather protection without adding insulation.

  • IS THE BETTY GORE-TEX® 3L SHELL BIB INSULATED?

    No. The Betty GORE-TEX® 3L Shell Bib is an uninsulated shell, giving you the flexibility to control warmth with the layers you wear underneath.

  • HOW WARM IS THE BETTY GORE-TEX® 3L SHELL BIB?

    Because it does not have built-in insulation, warmth depends on your layering system. Wear it over a lightweight base layer in milder conditions or add a warmer thermal layer when temperatures drop.

  • WHAT SHOULD I WEAR UNDER THE BETTY GORE-TEX® 3L SHELL BIB?

    Start with a moisture-wicking base layer. In colder conditions, add a heavier thermal legging underneath. The relaxed leg is designed to accommodate layering without feeling restrictive.

  • HOW DOES THE BETTY GORE-TEX® 3L SHELL BIB FIT?

    The Betty GORE-TEX® 3L Shell Bib is fitted through the upper body with a relaxed, straight leg. It has a high rise, adjustable shoulder straps, and a 32-inch inseam.
