  • Black Friday / Cyber Monday

    It's our biggest sale of the year! Shop the Halfdays Black Friday Sale and receive 20% off site-wide, plus up to 50% off select styles.

    Terms & Conditions:

    Halfdays Black Friday Sale pricing is not applicable to previous orders or purchases. Orders must be placed during the promotional period (11/23/25 - 12/1/25) to receive Black Friday discounts. 20% off will automatically be applied to eligible products at checkout. Bundles are priced as marked and discounted deeper at 25% off, and markdowns in our Last Run collection are priced as marked and have the deepest discounts (30-50% off, select styles are Final Sale). Black Friday discounts are not combinable with other discounts or offers. Additional discounts will not be honored. Pre-Loved products and HOKA collaboration products are excluded from all Black Friday discounts.

    Black Friday deals are available at halfdays.com and the Halfdays Flagship store. We do not offer price matching or price adjustments. . Promotion ends at 11:59 PM MST on 12/1/25.

    Holiday Returns:

    We offer an extended holiday return policy! Orders placed 11/23/25-12/20/25 are eligible for return or exchange through 1/15/26. All other orders have a 15-day return window from the date of delivery or in-store purchase. Please note Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange at any time.

  • What are Halfdays Sets?

    Shop one of our Sets and save by bundling multiple products to build your dream Halfdays collection.

    Terms & Conditions:

    Halfdays Sets are bundled and priced as marked. Since Sets are already discounted, additional discounts can not be applied. If you have a discount code, it may apply to other items in your cart, but it will not stack with the existing discount.

    Due to the way that Halfdays Sets are bundled, we are unable to edit your selections once a bundled order is placed. If you need to cancel your order due to an error, please reach out to our support team at heythere@halfdays.com immediately after placing your order. We can not guarantee that a cancellation will be possible once your order is confirmed, but we'll be happy to see what we can do. Please note, we are unable to customize Sets beyond the available options at this time.

  • When will you be restocking?

    While we do not expect any products on our website to restock once sold out, we do partner with some amazing retailers that may carry the item you've been eyeing. See our full list of stockists here.

    Feel free to reach out to our team at heythere@halfdays.com if you have a question regarding the restock of a specific style, size, and color. If your size is currently out of stock, the easiest thing to do is sign up for our restock notifications so you'll be among the first to know if it comes back!

  • What do I do if something I like is out of stock?

    We recommend signing up for our restock notifications! You can do this from any product page on our website by selecting an out-of-stock product and clicking on the Notify Me button. By signing up, you'll be among the first to know if the item comes back. If you need assistance, you can always reach out to our team at heythere@halfdays.com.

  • Why are my items not an exact color match?

    If you notice a slight variation in color between two products, this is most likely due to a difference in fabric makeup. Since different types of fabrics react to dye differently, the way the color appears under different lighting conditions may vary slightly depending on the product. For example, since our Emma Soft Shell Pant and Aston Jacket are made from different fabrics, there may be a very slight variance in color between the two items even if you purchased a matching set. This is nothing to be concerned about, but rather just a normal variation—often referred to as tolerance—that occurs within textiles and apparel manufacturing!

  • Can you help with a damaged/defective item?

    If you discover a manufacturing defect with your Halfdays product, please reach out to our team at heythere@halfdays.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the product. We will work with you on next steps and do our best to resolve the issue. Please note that manufacturing defects do not include incidental damages from normal wear and tear, stains from spilled liquids, improper care, negligence, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over an extended period of time and use.   • How do I choose the right size?

    Our outerwear generally runs true to size with room for a base layer underneath unless otherwise noted.

  • How should I care for my products?

    Each product has unique care instructions that can be found on the product page of our website as well as on the tag inside the garment. Please be sure to check each garment carefully as the care instructions may vary.

  • Do you have a storefront in Denver?

    Our Denver Flagship Store is now open in RiNo!

    Store Information:

    The store is located at 2609 Walnut Street, Denver CO 80205. Store hours are Monday - Saturday from 10 AM - 7 PM Mountain Time, Sunday 10 AM - 6 PM Mountain Time.

    Holiday Hours and Closures:

    Please note, the store is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. The store closes early at 3 PM Mountain Time on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.

  • Halfdays Sample Sale

    Shopped our Sample Sale? Here are the answers to some commonly asked questions:

    Q: What is the nature of the products listed during the Sample Sale?

    A: Our annual Sample Sale is our way of offering previously returned and gently used Halfdays products at a discounted price, post ski season. Sample Sale inventory may contain a mix of unworn but returned and gently used items from previously released Halfdays collections (think: photo samples, returned items with missing packaging, and discontinued colors and styles).

    Q: Can I return my Sample Sale purchase?

    A: All sales are final during the Halfdays Sample Sale. Please note that this means Sample Sale items are excluded from our standard return and exchange policy. Additionally, Sample Sale items are excluded from our normal warranty coverage. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please reach out to our team at heythere@halfdays.com and we'll do our best to make it right.

    Q: Do you offer price adjustments if I made a purchase earlier in the season?

    A: Sample Sale pricing is limited to the duration of the sale, which means it is not applicable to previous purchases and is not transferable to items on our main site.

    Q: Can I use a discount code on my Sample Sale purchase?

    A: Sample Sale pricing is not combinable with other discounts or promotions. Additional discounts will not be honored.

    Q: Can I use Halfdays Store Credit or a gift card on my Sample Sale purchase?

    A: Due to system limitations, we are unable to apply store credit or gift cards to Sample Sale orders.

    Q: Do you ship Sample Sale orders internationally?

    A: Sample Sale orders are available to ship within the U.S. and Canada only. Orders destined for Canada will be DDP (delivered duty paid), meaning that the shipping fee at checkout is inclusive of any duties and taxes associated with the order.

    Q: How much does shipping cost on Sample Sale orders?

    A: Each U.S. Sample Sale order is subject to a flat $5 shipping fee. All orders will ship via FedEx Ground Economy. Expedited shipping options are unavailable for Sample Sale orders due to high volume.

    Q: How long will it take to receive my Sample Sale order?

    A: Due to high volume, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to process before shipping. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days once the order is shipped.
