How To Measure
CHEST
Using a measuring tape, measure around the fullest part of your chest.
WAIST
Measure around the smallest part of your waist.
HIP
Measure around the fullest part of your hips. Make sure to keep the tape measure as horizontal as you can.
INSEAM
Standing with straight legs, measure straight down the inside leg from the crotch to the ankle bone.
