What do the condition grades mean on Pre-Loved items?
We carefully inspect each Pre-Loved item individually and assign one of three grades below based on its condition.
Excellent: Like new, no visible signs of wear.
Very Good: Barely worn, plenty of life left. Some light signs of wear may be visible.
Good: Likely to show signs of wear, may have been repaired or restored.
