HALFDAYS APPAREL CORP OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Halfdays Apparel Corp (“Sponsor”), 3330 Larimer St., Suite 2A, Denver, CO 80205, United States.

2. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who are legal residents of the United States. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or members of the same household are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins at the start time of the applicable Halfdays-hosted event and ends at 11:59 PM local time on the same calendar day (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor may conduct multiple Sweepstakes at different times and locations under these Official Rules.

4. How to Enter. To enter, eligible participants must complete and submit the official online entry form provided by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period. All entries must include:A valid email address; and A valid U.S. mobile phone number.

By entering, participants affirmatively consent to receive marketing emails and recurring marketing SMS messages from Sponsor. Active subscription to both email and SMS marketing is required to win. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Limit one (1) entry per person per Sweepstakes. Use of multiple email addresses, phone numbers, identities, or devices to circumvent the entry limit is prohibited and may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or submitted in violation of these Official Rules.

5. Event Attendance Requirement. Entrants must be physically present at the applicable event to be eligible to enter. If the selected entrant was not present at the event at the time the winner is announced or contacted (as determined by Sponsor), the entrant will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Prize. One (1) winner will receive a $300 Halfdays Gift Card, redeemable at halfdays.com or at the Halfdays Denver Flagship Store (2609 Walnut St., Denver, CO 80205). The prize has no cash value and may not be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses not expressly stated are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

8. Winner Selection and Notification The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor after the close of the Sweepstakes Period. To be confirmed as a winner, the selected entrant must: Meet all eligibility requirements; have attended the event; and remain actively subscribed to Sponsor’s email and SMS marketing communications at the time of winner selection.

Winner notification will be made via email and/or SMS using the contact information provided at entry. Sponsor is not responsible for failed delivery due to spam filters, carrier issues, or incorrect contact information. If the selected winner is ineligible, not present, unsubscribed from email or SMS, cannot be contacted, or fails to claim the prize within fifteen (15) days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

9. Publicity Rights. By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, image, voice, and statements for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Marketing Communications Disclosure. By entering, participants agree to receive marketing emails from Sponsor and may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in such emails. By providing a mobile phone number and submitting an entry, participants consent to receive recurring automated marketing SMS messages from Sponsor. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not required to make a purchase. See Sponsor’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for additional information.

11. Limitation of Liability. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or errors in administration.

12. Disputes. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in state or federal courts located in Colorado. Entrants waive any right to bring claims as part of a class action and waive claims for punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

14. Winners List. To request the name of the winner, send an email to heythere@halfdays.com with the subject line: “Please Email Me The Winners List – Halfdays [Event] in [City] Giveaway.”
