US Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping for orders of $95+ destined within the contiguous US. Orders with standard shipping may take 2-3 business days to process before they are shipped. Once fulfilled, they are sent via FedEx Ground Economy which has an approximate shipping and delivery turnaround time of 5-7 business days. The total turnaround time from order placement to delivery can take 7-10 business days.
Orders shipping to PO Boxes will ship with FedEx Ground Economy or USPS Priority Mail. Please note shipments to PO Boxes may take longer to arrive due to additional transit time. We do not offer express shipping to PO Boxes. Please use a home address if you intend to purchase express shipping to avoid any delays.
Orders shipping to Puerto Rico and Guam will ship via USPS Priority Mail, which has an average transit time of 5-7 business days.
EU Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping for orders of €100+. Orders with standard shipping may take 2-3 business days to process before they are shipped. Once fulfilled, they are sent via DHL Economy which has an approximate shipping and delivery turnaround time of 5-7 business days. The total turnaround time from order placement to delivery can take 7-10 business days.
All orders placed to the 27 EU member nations, plus Norway and Switzerland, ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands. There are no customs duties or import fees on deliveries to these countries. Prices shown at checkout include VAT for your country, and that is the total you pay. For orders to Switzerland and Norway, duties and taxes are calculated and included in your total at checkout, so there are no unexpected fees on delivery. A breakdown will be displayed at checkout along with any applicable shipping fees.
International Shipping Policy
We ship internationally to most countries. All international orders ship DDP (delivered duty paid). International shipping fees, duties, and taxes are dynamically calculated depending on various factors: destination, weight, dimensions, and order total. Please note, these fees are determined by the local government in the destination country and are not controlled or retained by Halfdays.
We are unable to ship to APOs, FPOs, or DPOs at this time.
Order Processing and Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled and shipped Monday through Friday. Our fulfillment center is closed on weekends and public holidays.
Orders with standard shipping may take up to 2-3 business days to process before they are shipped. Orders placed after 1 PM MT / 3 PM ET on weekdays will begin processing the following business day. Orders with express shipping are prioritized and fulfilled within 1-2 business days.
Please note, FedEx Ground Economy and DHL Economy are not day-definite services. For priority or time-sensitive shipments where express shipping and day-definite delivery are needed, select Faster or Fastest shipping at checkout.
